Nextcloud Community and selected compatible components can be deployed without per-user software fees. You pay OSOS for the work you need: architecture, deployment, integration, migration and any support or operation you choose. Each component remains subject to its own licence and support model. Commercial editions and vendor-backed support are identified and quoted separately where required.

OSOS support covers the services agreed with us. It does not include support or an SLA from Nextcloud, Collabora or another software vendor unless explicitly included in the proposal.

Questions
In brief.
Does the solution include software licences and vendor support?
Community editions may be deployed without per-user software fees. Every component still has its own licence and support model. If a commercial edition or vendor-backed support is required, we identify and quote it separately. Support supplied directly by OSOS is OSOS support, not support from Nextcloud, Collabora or another vendor unless explicitly stated.
Do we have to host it with OSOS?
No. It can run on your existing infrastructure, in your datacentre, in a cloud account you control, or with a provider you choose. We can help procure infrastructure if required.
Are we tied to OSOS afterwards?
No. You receive the administrative access and configuration required to operate the platform. You can run it yourself, retain us, or hand it to another competent provider.
Can it replace Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
It can cover many everyday workplace functions — files, documents, chat, video, calendars, contacts and more. It is not a claim of feature-for-feature equivalence. We scope your actual workflows, integrations and migration requirements, and say plainly where something additional is needed.
How large a team?
From medium organisations to deployments serving thousands. Scale changes the architecture and infrastructure; it does not require a different commercial product from us.
