How we use your information.

Who we are

OSOS Consulting Ltd (company no. 10248484) is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at hello@ososcon.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, organisation (if supplied), the number of people you may move to the workplace (if supplied), and the message you type. The website itself does not maintain a database of visitors or retain a copy of contact-form submissions.

Why we use it

We use the information you provide to understand your enquiry, respond to you, and where relevant take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We may also process enquiry and correspondence information where necessary for our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective and existing customers and keeping ordinary business records. We do not sell your personal information or use contact-form enquiries for a mailing list.

How the contact form works

When you submit the form, your browser sends the information to our contact service through this website. The service sends the enquiry to OSOS Consulting Ltd by email using our mail provider. No mail application is opened on your device and the website does not store the submitted enquiry in a local database.

Where the information goes and how long we keep it

Once the enquiry reaches our business email, it may be retained in our email and business records for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry, maintain relevant business records, meet legal or accounting obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Service providers used to host the website, operate email, or protect the service may process limited information on our behalf where necessary to provide those services.

Website, logs and analytics

The website may use analytics to help us understand how it is used and improve it. Analytics, hosting, server and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, and date and time of access. Where UK data protection or privacy law requires consent for a particular analytics or similar technology, it will be requested before that technology is used.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, depending on the circumstances, you may have rights including access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, and data portability. To exercise a right, contact us at hello@ososcon.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
