We can host it
You choose the country and the provider. That choice is part of the price. Care of the machine afterwards is there, if you want it.
Community Nextcloud
Mail, files, talk and the calendar — on a server that is yours. We set it up. You keep the keys.
Built so your information can stay under rules that fit your organisation and region.
Community Nextcloud, stood up by OSOS — hosted where you choose, or installed on a server you already have.
The workplace
Community Nextcloud, arranged as a complete place to work — on a server we run for you, or on one you already have. Sized for a medium team or for thousands. That is a matter of the machine, not a different product.
Chat and calls next to the files they are about. This is the part people feel first — conversation that does not live on someone else’s app.
Inboxes on your domain, a shared calendar, and a mail server when the job needs one. The daily post, not an afterthought.
Share folders, recover old versions, and stop hunting across inboxes for the latest file.
Documents, sheets and slides in the browser. You choose among three sovereign options for creating documents online.
Search inside documents. Read what was only a scan.
The address book, the passwords the team shares, and the bookmarks people keep — on the same server as the files.
Your mark on the login and the workspace — not a vendor’s default skin.
How we help
Two ways to stand it up. Turnkey stand-up is billed once, per case. Running and support are priced separately. We quote the work you ask for — not a ready-made package.
You choose the country and the provider. That choice is part of the price. Care of the machine afterwards is there, if you want it.
A server you already pay for. We put the workplace on it and hand you the credentials.
Updates, backups, someone to write to, and training for the people who will live in it. Each is there if you want it, priced on its own.
The workplace sits where you want it to sit. We do not take the files home.
Training is in scope. How much belongs in the quote depends on who will run the workplace day to day. Typical shapes are an admin handover for the people who hold the keys, and user workshops for the team that will live in it. Both are priced with the case, not as a hidden extra after go-live.
There are no ready-made packages. After a short note we come back with a shape and a figure — not a slide deck. What moves the number:
We can bring across the work you already use — files first, mail if you want it — so the first Monday is not an empty desk. Stand-up is one-off. Hosting, updates, backups and support are separate, so you can take only the parts you want. Download the two-page note if you want the same story on paper.
Questions
No. Community Nextcloud is free software. The fee is the work of standing it up, shaping it, hosting it if you ask, and supporting it if you ask. We do not sell permission to use the product.
A name, a way to write back, the organisation, roughly how many people would use it, and a few words about the project. We scope the rest after that.
Yes. How much training belongs in the quote depends on who will run it day to day.
Mail, calendar, files, talk, documents, contacts, passwords and bookmarks — that is the point of this page. Talk is not a side chat; it is how the team meets. We will say plainly if a particular habit needs something extra.
A medium organisation or a large one. Thousands of people is a sizing question — more disk, more talking rooms — not a different kind of workplace.
